Brown bananas and rotten lemon, awful texture, just ... absolutely terrible. One of the worst wines I've ever had, hopefully was just the one bottle.
Nice to find a cheap sparkling wine that doesn't burn a hole in your gut or your wallet. Cook's is a mild but still dry sparkling wine; could be compared to a slightly sweeter version of Moet & Chandon. Very, very easy to drink.
Food Pairings for Cook's Spumante America
Sweet with some rich lychee notes and a bit of yeast. Some raspberry and candied fruits as well on the long finish.
