I really like this - a bit sweet for a sipper I think (my tastes) but would taste fantastic with salmon or . Smooth, with fresh bouquet. Bigger mouth-feel than I was expecting. Taste reminds me a bit of Ironstone "symphony", but smoother and bigger - not as acidic. Muscat definitely dominates (honey sweet) but is lighter and more acidic than muscat. Really great! White wine lovers will love this one - especially if they prefer a wine that is a bit on the sweet side.
