Conundrum Wines:
What is that wonderfully robust, floral and bright tropical taste? Is it green apple, tangerine or honeysuckle? Could it possibly be apricot, melon, pear or light vanilla? That’s the Conundrum. Our proprietarily blend of California white grapes create a lush, creamy texture that leads to the mouth-watering question, “Mmmm, what’s in there?” We’re not telling. Can you guess?

Integrated layers of white peach, apricot, honeysuckle, vanilla and lime zest aromas lead to a full palette of tropical fruit, peach, pear and honeydew melon flavors. The complexity of this wine is brought into balance with a rich, round, soft texture, and fresh supportive acidity. It is full bodied, yet silky on the palate. The tropical fruits help this wine pair with Moroccan-spiced grouper. The acidity cuts the light fat in roasted turkey.

Probably best white wine for the money under $20. Drinks well above its price, pairs well with a variety of foods especially spicy dishes. Consistent taste across vintages makes 2008 a better value. Floral/melon nose, easy drinking medium body with a floral/vanilla/melon taste.

New vintage of this five-varietal California blend. Bright green with visible viscosity. Features a wild, multifaceted nose of sweetish fleshy peach, melon, pear, orange sherbet, and boatloads of white flowers. There is so much texture on the palat... Cory Gowan. A Proprietary Blend wine from California in USA. 2008 Conundrum 750ml
