Maceration for 15 days or more in temperature controlled of about 28-30°C Maturation 18 months in new french barriques and 6 months of maturation in the bottle Aging potential 6 years or more depending on the vintage Organoleptics characteristics Intense ruby red with pleasant garnet red reflections Bouquet Intense aroma of little red fruits and spices; a light scent of vanilla and liquorice Taste Soft and harmonic with ripe tannins in a rich and well structured body.
