Conti di Buscareto Lacrima di Morra 2008
Ruby Red. Dominated by traces of faded rose petals, "fane" rose, small red fruits of the under brush with light woody and spicy fragrances (rose pepper); Warm, soft tannins which are not bitter or astringent or dry in conclusion. Fruity aftertaste, quite fresh and notable and delicate persistence of fragrances.
Reminiscent of beaujolais nouveau, but with more complexity. Light, enjoyable!
The wine is beautiful. Its fragrant- smelling of beautiful flowers. It has a medium color, and light bodied. It really is best to have alone or with some cheese. Its got so many unique flavors- it can hold its own. This is the most unique red I've ever had-- and honestly one of my favorites.
