Conte Priola Chianti 2007

Member Review by cap269:

A little sharp and acidic when uncorked, but opened up after decanting for about 30 minutes. Spicy and fruity notes, light to medium tannins, nice cherry hint, and good finish. Easy drinking with a hearty pasta. Great value.

Layered Rice Pudding

RiceSelect's fragrant Jasmati® is blended with eggs, milk and fall's favorite spices, cinnamon and nutmeg, to create a delicious rice pudding, which is layered on top of fluffy cream cheese and abuttery pecan crust. Pairs well with a bold, tawny port with flavors of dried fruits, nuts, and spices.
