Tasting Notes Jeff McBride, Winemaker Vineyards The 2004 harvest began with an earlier than normal bud break and early spring heat spell. The growing season was gentle and temperate, allowing for enhanced maturation of fruit. Crop levels were smaller than usual, which created wine with abundant aromas and juicy flavors. Cabernet fruit from Collins Vineyard, Conn Creek's original vineyard, provided the backbone for this bottling.
