Confidentielle Rose 2012

Winemaker's Notes:

Cinsault 30%, Grenache 30%, Mourvèdre 40%. Low yields. A vivid salmon-pink hue. A harmony of aromas of melon and honeysuckle. Floral hints reappear on the palate with strawberry and raspberry. Excellent length. A marvelous wine to be served with Mediterranean cuisine. Match with small stuffed or pan-fried vegetables.
