Soil Benchland and riverbench associated soils Aging 100% fermented in stainless steel and aged for 4 to 6 months sur lie. Colour Translucent yellow with subtle green hues Aroma Expressive and with plenty of varietal identity; tropical fruits, white peach, currant and refreshing citrus notes. Palate In mouth it feels balanced, intense, fresh and with a good acidity level. An elegant and round wine with a pleasant, long finish. Accompanies See bass ceviche and oysters.
