Fresh, light and flowery, with a sweet, melon-driven palate. Finishes snappy yet a touch sugary. For the most part it serves its purpose, which is to prep the palate for better things to come.
Simple and spry, with pulsating citrus aromas and flavors that convey a sense of purity and purpose. This boasts lively grapefruit, lime and stone-fruit notes in front of a clean, alert finish. Versatile enough to serve with oysters or mussels, or as an apéritif.
Greenish straw. Lively, mineral-laced aromas of lime, lemongrass and peppery herbs. Light-bodied and refreshing, offering tangy citrus flavors and a hint of bitter quinine. The finish is a bit abrupt but this shows good energy and varietal character for the price.
