Dark and deep red. Mature red fruit character married with coffee and vanilla. Hints of plum and spice, generously framed by toasty American oak. Round and well-balanced.
Fresh mix of red and black fruit, with ample vanilla and mocha notes. Hint of herb on the fleshy finish. Very solid value. Drink now through 2004.
Mixes dark plum fruit with a slight smoke and bell pepper note. Soft, easy tannins, with the smoky note returning on the finish.
This has a pretty mix of berry fruit, herbs and milk chocolate on a supple frame. Not big, but nicely done. This producer does it time and time again. Drink now.
Full-bodied and inarguably fruity. The nose is slightly stewed, while the mouthfeel is firm and acidic, with flavors of apple skin and black cherry. Fairly reduced and hard, so best if drunk with salty munchables.
Bright, soft berry and grapey fruit, with a fresh vanilla- and chocolate-tinged finish. From Chile. Drink now.
