Concha Y Toro Gran Reserva Chardonnay 2012
Slightly oaky but balanced with good acidity. Meyer lemon dominates with some dried apricot and tangerine. Fairly long finish.
I fell in love with this wine when I was in Chile this past March. it is quite smooth i fell in love with all the elements...even the packaging...I highly recommend it!

Roasted apple and grilled pineapple notes lead in this medium-bodied white, with a finish of lemon zest and spice. Drink now.
Waxy smelling, with a coastal vegetal note that conveys cool-climate grapes. The palate is short and clipped in feel, with a waxy, mealy note to the wine's core melon and peach flavors. Chunky on the finish, and things remain a touch mealy in taste.
Wine Advocate ReviewRated 90The 2005 Chardonnay "Amelia" has a classy perfume of minerals, apples, spiced pears, and a hint of tropical fruits in the background. This is followed by a wine with excellent depth and length, concentrated flavors, and a pure finish.Wine Tasting NotesLight yellow with green hues. Very complex, smoke, mineral and honey tones. Concentrated and long in the mouth, fruits such as ripe pear and figs. Good balance, fresh acidity, savvy and persistent.
