Appellation Central Valley. Vintage 2005. Soil Riverbench and benchland associated soils. Aging 70% aged in small American oak barrels and 30% in stainless steel tanks for 8 months. Colour Dark, deep and bright purple. Nose Dark plums, blackcurrant and chocolate. Taste Soft and well structured mouthfilling texture. Notes of dark plums and spice, generously framed by toasty American oak. Accompanies Perfect for tasty winter stews or grilled summer barbeques.
