Color: Bright ruby red. Bouquet: Elegant and complex, brimming with notes of black currants and spice complemented by chocolate and tobacco. Taste: Fresh red fruit features in a well-balanced wine with soft tannins, giving way to a refined, persistent finish. Grape Varieties: 97% Cabernet Sauvignon 3% Cabernet Franc Production Technique: Vines planted in 1979 are harvested by hand between April-May, and after fermentation, aged in French oak for 15 months. The wine is then bottled and aged for an additional 12 months prior to release. Alcohol Content: 14.6%. Total Acidity: 3.47 g/l.
