The wine is endowed with a remarkable bouquet, complex overtones and a lingering finish. It is well structured, perfectly balanced and boasts a satisfying and lingering finish. Dark and deep red color. Appealing red cherries and black plums with a touch of toasty oak. This classic, well structured, perfectly balanced Cabernet Sauvignon goes well with the heartiest cuisine, including roasts, game, stews, spicy pasta dishes and robust cheeses.

Smooth wine to drink on own, or with a hearty pasta dish. Easy Cabernet Sauvignon to drink.

I love this wine. It is excellent with Italian cheeses. Intense, not for people who do not appreciate reds.

I really like most wines produced by Casillero, for the price! Very uncomplicated, not extremely well balanced but light, smooth and a great nose on this one. If I have a few bucks to spend on a good wine or am taking a wine to people who may or may not like wine (who wants to spend a lot to bring a wine to people who wont appreciate?) It is very drinkable, good with food a nice table wine without any expectations of pretension.

Excellent Cab! Great balanced taste, easy for first time wine drinkers... dark fruity taste!
...and a very economical price.

very good for everyday wine or when being economical. Good value for such a low price. I like to think of it as a diamond in the rough.
