Deep ruby color. Wonderful blackcurrant, black cherry, and raspberry fruit and hints of mint. Chocolate notes, well integrated oak, velvety tannins, and medium acidity. Excellent length.

I'm quite impressed with this wine. It's juicy, succulent. Medium to full bodied. Slightly dry on the finish. It generally denotes a much more aged feel for a 2008. Your definitely getting you dollars worth here. It's sweet but not sweet, very well balanced. It reminds me of some much more expensive Napa Valley wines. Very smooth!

The 2005 Cabernet Sauvignon ldquo;Marques de Casa Conchardquo; puts out classic toasty black currant aromas and flavors. This full-bodied wine has plenty of ripe fruit and well-integrated oak, tannin, and acidity. It has 2ndash;3 years of aging potential and should drink well through 2025.

A muscular wine with forceful tannins, this is hidden behind a wall of black fruit and toasted oak. With air, a shy note of menthol emerges and a layer of red cherries gradually works its way to center stage. For the cellar.

Chilean wine giant Concha y Toro produces several different brands; one of the most consistent values is the Marqueacute;s de Casa Concha series. This fresh and focused wine is 100 percent Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 18 months in 35 percent new oak barriques from France. It shows ripe varietal flavors of cassis, blackberry and boysenberry, accented by vanilla, mineral and cocoa notes.

Schwarz-violette Farbe, gewaltiges, eindruckvolles Pflaumen- und Brombeerenbouquet, Nelkentöne, Rosen, eine kompakte, unerhört intensive Würze liegt im Bouquet, traumhafter, reifer Gaumen, wiederum reife vom Cabernet Sauvignon geprägte Aromen, Heidelbeeren, Brombeeren und schwarzes Cassis im unendlichen, lange nachklingenden Finale.

Winemaker Marcelo Papa has crafted the best Marques Cabernet to date. Almost austere at first, it slowly opens to reveal opulent, juicy, savory fruit, its berry and mint flavors supported by a mineral acidity.

Inky-purple. High-pitched aromas of black raspberry and cherry are complicated by notes of sandalwood and cola. Deeply concentrated but light on its feet, offering sweet red and dark berry flavors and good tangy acidity. Repeats the red fruit note on a long, sappy, smooth finish. This wine is built to age but offers a lot of sex appeal now.
