The 2010 Casillero del Diablo Reserva Privada Sauvignon Blanc is sourced from Limari. It was fermented and raised in stainless steel. Herbal notes of sage, thyme, and cut grass are accompanied by lime and grapefruit aromas. Medium-bodied, concentrated, and balanced in the glass, this dry, tasty effort will pair well with oysters and clams. Drink it over the next 12-18 months.
