The cool 2011 season isn’t apparent in this cabernet. Instead, it tastes of sweet fruit, with ripe flavors of figs and plums building through the finish. The texture is soft, with a thick velvet nap.

Dense rich and full of dark fruit and spice flavors supported by muscular tannins and acidity. The dried blackberry black fig and smoke-infused cocoa powder notes feature some accents of dried meat. Best from 2015 through 2022.

Pencil eraser, blueberry, olive and peppery notes are what you draw off the bouquet of this ripe yet basic Cab. In the mouth, this feels rubbery and tannic. Flavors of ultraripe black fruits taste sweet and come with licorice and espresso bitterness on the finish, which is mossy, heavy and choppy.
