I can see this wine turning amazing if paired with some goat cheese. Woody and delicious bouquet on the nose Medium body, light tannins, buttery taste. Finishes smooth.

Marques de Casa Concha, is dark ruby red in color with luscious aromas of cherry and blackberries intertwined with cedar and smoke. These notes follow through to the palate. Tremendously concentrated flavors are revealed in firm tannins with a soft, silky texture and a lingering finish. - Winery

Has an ample layer of sweet, mocha-infused toast, but plenty of plum and blackberry notes as well. The long, fleshy finish lets the fruit and mineral notes hang together nicely, with an encore of toast. Drink now through 2009.

Pure, ripe and berry-scented, this has none of the menthol aromas usually associated with cabernet from Puente Alto. Instead, itrsquo;s big and sweet, soft and creamy, with a black pepper kick to the tannins.

A robust, lightly herbal take on merlot, this winersquo;s flavors are ripe mdash; similar to blackberry jam and figs mdash; carried on a dense, chocolatey texture. A red for winter with ripe cheeses.
