A Nice Petite, full berry flavors and cheery to follow. Smmoth mid palete with a slight spice and a hint of pepper. Smooth long finish. Although not as good as the 2005, it will hold well in my celler till I open the my last two. I will wait 2 years to try again. Enjoyed and was pleased

As America's first Petite Sirah, Concannon's Central Coast Petite Sirah is a wine lover's treat. Concentrated to deliver intense flavors from the first sip to the last delicious drop. Full-bodied, rich wine with soft, full tannins and primary fruit flavor.

    Winemaker's Notes:

Wine Tasting Notes Our Limited Release Petite Sirah is an intense wine with vibrant berry fruits and a rich, full palate. The wine starts with attractive aromas of ripe berries, creamy oak and a touch of spice. This Petite Sirah is full bodied, yet it has a firm and balanced structure with hints of toasty oak and vanilla on the palate. Theres plenty to sink your teeth into now as the finish is quite lasting and memorable. Enjoy now through 2012. Enjoy with wild game, teriyaki beef, herb-rubbed lamb or decedent dark chocolate.
