As America's first Petite Sirah, Concannon's Central Coast Petite Sirah is a wine lover's treat. Concentrated to deliver intense flavors from the first sip to the last delicious drop. Full-bodied, rich wine with soft, full tannins and primary fruit flavors of cherry, dark berry and blueberry. Secondary flavors of chocolate and cassis are complex with hints of toast and creamy oak. Either hide this gem away for 3-5 years or drink now. Enjoy with beef, lamb, wild game or any hearty dish. - Very jammy with some berry, but also lots of alcohol on the nose and first sip. Maybe even a little medicine-y at first sniff.

- Number 6 on the Wine.com 100 of 2007! The 2004 Concannon Petite Sirah, Limited Release, Central Coast is a wine that has vibrant fruit aromas of black cherry and plum. This Petite Sirah is full bodied, yet it has a very mellow structure. With a hint of oak and vanilla on the palate, the finish on this wine is quite lasting and memorable. Enjoy with teriyaki beef dishes and any wild game or organically raised red meat recipes.
