Assemblage Red is an elegantly layered Cabernet Sauvignon, with some pleasingly plumy Petit Verdot, some mellow Merlot, and a bit of Petite Sirah spice. Explosive bouquet of black raspberry and cassis, with flavors of blackberry and blueberry jam on the palate, finishing with elegantly structured tannins and smooth seamless textures. This wine will enhance with age up to 7 years.
