Fresh mineral nose, with a whiff of sea air. Strawberry notes, with a nice zippy acidity. Not very complex, but a nice summer wine. Went well with a summer squash and pasta dish.

Blend of Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah Mourvedre. A very pale and luminous pink with mauve reflections. Fresh and ropy taste. A mixture of crushed ripe fruits - peaches and strawberries. Refined, tender, subtle. Pure first taste with mineral and fruity notes. A floral scent of rose and carnation. Goes well with spicy food, veal and chicken, fishes boiled, grilled and barbecued.
