Columbia Winery Riesling Cellarmaster's 2011
Excellent nose of peach, nectarine and slight tangerine. Lacks power of some of the older vintages. Needs more acid. My rating -- 85Add winemaker's notes

The 2010 cellarmaster's is a bit lighter than their 2009. It has nectarine-like fruit but the finish is a bit short. Needs a bit more acid to balance it.
Distinctly different from other WA state Rieslings. Rich with a great perfumy nose. Outstanding fruit but age is starting to reduce it now.
Served slightly chilled. This wine had delicious fruit flavors of pear and melon. Light-bodied and crisp with a balanced acidity that lends great definition to the fruit flavors in this wine. This is a very good riesling made in a style that is reminiscent to me of German rieslings. Some American rieslings are much too sweet for my taste but that was not the case at all with this wine. Great quality to price ratio. Recommended.
What a value! Normally found here in the Seattle, WA area for less than $10 per bottle. Apricot notes and a clean light finish characterized this wine.
A little to sweet for me, but very good in comparison to other Rieslings from the area
Apples on the nose - great acidity, green apples throughout. there's some tropical fruit behind the acids - mangoes - and this comes through stronger through the mid palate. 1.7% residual sugar

An unapologetically sweet Riesling that will become one of your favorites over the next few months for parties and cookouts. Aromatic, with floral, honey and apricot notes; try this with grilled pork chops and hot, spicy mustard.
Juicy white fruit notes. Semi-sweet and lush, with bright peach and white flower aromatics. Great with cupcakes or spicy Thai dishes.
Columbia Winery produces an extensive selection of varietals. Originally started by a group of college professors, Columbia has grown beyond domestic production, to distribution in various countries throughout the world.
A delightful example of sweet Washington Riesling. Rich with pear apricot and honey flavors. This little wine is sweet enough to have with dessert or serve it chilled on a hot summer evening.
Light straw in color, this Riesling offers floral aromas of honeysuckle and peach blossom. Flavors of peaches, tropical fruit and freshly squeezed lime juice with zippy natural acidity and a slight spritz from retained carbon dioxide make the aromas jump out of the glass. - WineryWinemaker: Kerry NortonAlcohol: 10%Total Acidity: 10.5/LpH: 2.9Residual Sugar: 60 g/L ** SOLD OUT **
Frankly sweet, but a nice balance keeps it from unctuousness, with delicate pear and mineral flavors, hinting at lime on the finish. No-quibble price invites a try. Drink now through 2005.
Aroma of ripe peach and apricot with an undertone of honey. Expansive palate with a crisp, clean finish and flavors that linger attractively in the mouth.
