Columbia Winery Cellarmasters Riesling Washington 2010
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.
The 2010 cellarmaster's is a bit lighter than their 2009. It has nectarine-like fruit but the finish is a bit short. Needs a bit more acid to balance it.

Light straw in color, this Riesling offers floral aromas of honeysuckle and peach blossom.
