Had 2 perfectly glasses of this wonderful wine with my shrimp tempura at one of my favorite Asian restaurants. the pairing was perfect because I love to drench my tempura in that sweet/hot chili sauce and horseradish mustard sauce that accompanies the appetizer. Yum-m-m!

Honeydew and herbal, flinty aromas introduce a hint of wildflower honey on the palate. This is a round, crisp wine that lingers throughout the medium-bodied finish. A blend of 80% Sauvignon Blanc, 20% Sèmillon. A perfect match for oysters on the half shell or cracked crab.
Light, bright and refreshing, with pretty lemon- and cream-tinged pear flavors that linger on the soft finish. A great price from a reliable producer. Drink now.
