Velvety and refined, with floral accents to the vibrant red berry and guava flavors, lingering effortlessly on the finish. Drink now through 2016.
An aromatic offering of Cabernet with notes of char, butterscotch, vanilla and cherry with an underlayer of herbs. It’s elegant and soft in feel with chocolaty flavors and a grip of tannins on the finish.
If you love Columbia Crest’s Grand Estate series, you’ll definitely want to check out the H3 wines. Sources from the historic Horse Heaven Hills district in Washington, these wines are more terroir-driven, and the Cab in particular expresses a greater depth of spice and earth, balanced by dark fruit and firm tannins. Excellent alongside roasted or braised red meat dishes, or grilled mushrooms.
This bold Cabernet opens with flavors of dark fruit and black cherries, complemented by earth and mineral notes. Deep berry flavors and supple tannins lead to a soft cocoa finish. - Juan Muñoz Oca, WinemakerBlend:92% Cabernet Sauvignon6% Cabernet Franc2% MalbecAlcohol: 14.0%Total Acidity: 0.57g/100mlpH: 3.60
