This wine walks the line between sweet and tart, showing pumped up fruit in front and vivid, spicy highlights following The fruit flavors run from pears to pineapple, and overall, it's a balanced and juicy bottle, perfect for Pacific Rim cooking.

The breadth of quality varietals from Washington State is steadily growing. This Gewurz is light and simple but has an incredibly clean, gently sweet tropical fruit character on the nose and palate. The varietal's typical soft acidity permits the fruit's flesh to dominate. Incredible value.

Exotic spice and lychee nut aromas introduce a wine with the ideal balance of acidity and sweetness. The finish is lush and juicy. A terrific companion with Asian foods.
