Wasn't familiar with this wine. Found it at a local supermarket. Columbia Crest Grand Estates produces some nice wines and this is no exception. At under 10 dollars, this is a bargain for a beautiful blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, cabernet franc, petit verdot and malbec varietals. This is a stone fruit wine with deep grape taste, blackberries, cherries, currant, chocolate, tobacco, smoke and a long finish with aggressive tannins. I'm not surprised as Columbia Crest produces many many fine wines.
Loved it, and when I went back the whole row was empty; so I guess that I wasn't alone.
