Nose: floral and fruity, with a dominance of citrus aromas. Grapefruit aromas are mixed with mango and peachfragrances. Palate: Very fresh with roundness and suppleness in the entry. The mid-palate displays crispness from the citrusnotes followed by rounder fruit and viscosity, with hints of pear and pineapple. An everyday, easy to drink wine, it is an ideal aperitif to go along with cheese and crackers. It is also a spectacularmatch with seafood, lighter pastas, Asian cuisine (Thai, Chinese and Japanese), spicy dishes, white meat anddesserts (such as apple pie and cheesecake).
