Collin-Bourisset Pouilly-Fuisse 2008

Winemaker's Notes:

A delicate and distinguished wine with a golden green color. The type of ground favours a harmonious development of the grape variety aromas, with nuances of hazelnuts and roasted almonds. Rich and luscious, the Pouilly Fuissé must be served at 12/14°C. It goes well with shellfish, fish, frogs, quenelles, white meats cooked with fresh cream, poached poultry, calf’s sweetbread. Pleasant during the first years, it can be kept in your cellar and will develop more and more complex aromas. This is what makes it one of the greatest white wines from Burgundy.
