- Complex, musky aromas of smoke, flint and honey. Fat, sweet and showy, with mouthcoating, honeyed stone fruits and charred oak tones. Broad and sweet but not heavy. In fact, this is downright suave and subtle on the long, spicy back end. More expressive than the Vergers today but not necessarily better.

- Very expressive and ripe to the point of being exotic with equally ripe, generous and mouth coating flavors that possess excellent volume and mid-palate fat and are wrapped in a textured and mouth coating finish. This is not particularly elegant but it is delicious and despite the ripeness and volume, manages to stay in near perfect balance.
