...offers up a flamboyant nose of creosote, tobacco leaf, roasted coffee, chocolate, smoke, and earthy black currant as well as blackberry fruit. With great complexity, a firm, structured, tannic underpinning, medium to full body, and dazzling purity... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. A Proprietary Blend wine from California in USA. 2000 Colgin Cariad Proprietary Red Wine 750ml

Winemaker's Notes:

2000 Cariad Red currant, damson plum, graphite, lavender, orange rind, teriyaki and honeysuckle. The oak is perfectly integrated. Full bodied with a supple entry and a long finish. Lovely to drink right now, but will continue to age well. Drink now through 2016. Service: Serve straight from the bottle, with care to avoid stirring up the precipitates.
