The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon Herb Lamb Vineyard reveals this vineyard's tell-tale, wild mountain flower, blueberry liqueur, and cassis characteristics. Although it does not possess the color intensity or body of the 1999, it is a Bordeaux-styled Caber... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. Vintage: 1999 09/23/2010

The 1999 Cabernet Sauvignon Herb Lamb Vineyard is performing significantly better out of bottle than it did from cask. This 200-case cuvee spent 26 months in oak. Its opaque purple color is followed by a gorgeous perfume of graphite, creme de cassis,... Robert Parker's Wine Advocate. Winemaker's Notes:

The 2007 Herb Lamb vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon has an intense nose of licorice, chocolate mint and cassis. Nuances of forest floor and loamy earth bring terroir and character to the wine. On the palate, the tannins have a lovely coating quality, but are structured for long aging. The 2007 has perhaps the most silky tannins we've experienced at this stage in the wine's youth. Given the classic quality of the vintage, the wine will age for 20 to 30 years. We recommend a minimum of 5 years of cellaring to fully appreciate the wine.
