Salmon pink color, refreshingly crisp and elegant with plenty of fresh raspberries and black currants.
Spain s first ros cava made entirely from the stylish pinot noir grape, reflecting the spirit of Codorn u; a combination of pure elegance and innovation. This brut cava offers a wide range of woodland fruit characters and a crisp citrus finish that give it notable personality and make it much appreciated for celebrating special occasions.
Winemaker's Notes:
Pale pink color, refreshingly crisp and elegant with plenty of fresh raspberries and black currants.
Tasting Notes:
The Pinot Noir portion of this wine has a greater impact on the nose and mouth than might be expected: red cherries, red currants, dried strawberries, and forest floor notes prevail. Yeastiness gives a pastry aroma, and dried and cooked apples in some sort of apple tart are suggested. A dried strawberry and currant end would make this wine a worthy companion to flavorful foods.
