Interessante, com aromas de petroláceo.
Nice and different, very smooth.
This is a good Cava. Refreshing, light and crisp. Nice Pinot flavor in the background. Will buy again if we can find it. V.

Food Pairings for Codorníu Pinot Noir Cava Pinot Noir Brut
The Pinot Noir portion of this wine has a greater impact on the nose and mouth than might be expected: red cherries, red currants, dried strawberries, and forest floor notes prevail. Yeastiness gives a pastry aroma, and dried and cooked apples in some sort of apple tart are suggested. A dried strawberry and currant end would make this wine a worthy companion to flavorful foods.
30000 bottles produced.
Notes: No aging.
