Cobb Pinot Noir Sonoma Coast Diane Cobb Coastland Vineyard 2013

Winemaker's Notes:

92 points Antonio Galloni (Vinous): [$85 list] The 2013 Pinot Noir Diane Cobb: Coastlands Vineyard is once again very pretty and complete because of its overall balance. Crushed flowers, mint, sage, tea leaves and tobacco are some of the signatures in a Pinot that leans towards the more floral, savory side of things. White pepper, cranberry and orange peel add brightness on the finish. Next to the 2012, the 2013 comes across as lacking some depth. The pedigree of this site is so strong, though, that the wine is attractive just the same. (Feb 2016)
