AREA OF ORIGIN: Single vineyard, Firgrove Somerset West
VINEYARD: Unique layered sandy and tough gravel dry land 30
year old vineyards in Firgrove.
HARVEST & CELLAR TREATMENT: Hand picked at optimum
ripeness and fermented with punch down and “submerged cap
method” until dry. Malolactic fermentation completed in stainless
steel and matured in 50% American Oak & 50% French Oak for 13
months.
