NZ Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of french oak. Malolactic fermentation. Stays on the lees. Very complex - unlike any Sauvignon Blanc I've ever had. The amount of aromas I get from this wine makes my brain hurt.

Barrel aging, wild yeast and malolactic fermentation, combines with bottle aging creates a an individual expression of the sauvignon blanc grape. Te Koko is a complex and savoury wine that is both deliciously aromatic and richly textured.
