40% Marsanne, 30% Ugni Blanc, 25% Clairette, 5% Bourboulenc. Aroma has notes of Provençal herbs, anise, white peach and white acacia. On the palate there is fleshiness and a fresh peach-like acidity. The aftertaste is elegant, dry, honeyed with notes of apricot and peach. Organic.

The Sack-Zafirapula family moved from Greece to the south of France in the 19th century and bought the estate and art-deco mansion in 1920.which is now run, four generations later,by Jonathon Sack. It is located close to the village of Casis on cliffs overlooking the sea. There are 20 hectares under vine which are organically farmed and a white and a rose Casis wine are made [no reds]
