Coconut Rice Sweet Potato Cheesecake

RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

A blend of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, this 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon is nearly the same in style as this cuvee tasted in the early to mid-1970s.
