Clos du Val Chardonnay Carneros 2012
The warmer climate of 2012 produced truly spectacular Chardonnay fruit from our Carneros estate vineyard. The resulting wine is pale gold in color and opens with aromas of fresh apple, brioche, pear and pineapple. It is full bodied and displays flavors of tropical fruit, citrus and vanilla. The mouthfeel is silky yet vibrant and has a long, lingering finish. It is a perfect accompaniment to poultry, seafood, or for sipping on its own.
RiceSelect's creamy Arborio gets blended with sweet potato, coconut milk and vanilla to create this decadent cheesecake. Pairs well with Saunternes; a white dessert wine that has hints of coconut from aging in oak barrels.

Slightly heated aromas of red apples, melon, meyer lemon, and toast. Warm tropical fruit flavors of papaya and pineapple ride alongside more lemon. Finishes toasty and a bit yeasty.
