On the nose get a slight feel of toasted oak, marshmallow but slight compared to a bit stronger green apple. More buttery on the nose than on the palate. Get a bigger toasted marshmallow feel on the palate, minerality on the front with a soft mid palate but definite 'mallow on the finish, yet isnt long.

Gentle and round with peach flavors, this has the coolness of the Russian River fog. Oak fermentation comes through in smoky flavors and a spicy sweetness. Chill it for grilled prawns.
