A medium bodied merlot. A little spicy, oaky, and smokey. Nice finish. Did not pair well with manchego cheese. Next time I'll pair it with chev're cheese. Will buy again.

Wine Tasting NotesThis Merlot is a deep, ruby red color with bold aromas of black cherry, ripe plums and red currant. The fruit aromas are complemented by hints of vanilla and spice. On the palate, balanced flavors of juicy black plums, mocha and a touch of tobacco make this a wine of structure and finesse. The wine ends beautifully with a velvety mouthfeel and long, rich finish.
