Clos de Gat Judean Hills (2003)
What does Rogov say? Clos de Gat, 2003: Dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon, that fleshed out with Merlot and Petit Verdot. Dark garnet, medium- to full-bodied, with firm tannins integrating nicely, and showing blackcurrant, black cherry and berry fruits, those supported well by hints of vanilla and licorice, all leading to a long gently spicy finish. Elegant is the word. Best 2008-2012. Score 92. (Re-tasted 10 Jan 2007) Robert Parker: 89 This wine is Not Kosher.
