On the nose, yeast and green apple and some kind of grass, a clay like minerality reminding me of the red clay in Georgia, and then very small amount a berry flavored candy-Sweedish fish perhaps. Bright acidity at first with apple and lemon then a rock and clay minerality in the middle which then fades to a baking bread on the back of the palate. This wine has a little spritz, which I expected and enjoyed. Moderately long and pleasing finish, I WISH I HAD A DOZEN FANNY BAY OYSTERS!
