Cline Family Cellars Syrah Sonoma County 2015

Winemaker's Notes:

This wine is the epitome of “savory”. It’s a medium bodied wine with cracked black pepper and flavors of black cherry. It shares a kinship with Syrah from the Rhone Valley in France. This wine is a great match for grilled Salmon and sautéed vegetables served over pasta.

Concentrated black berry aromas of savory earth and creamy oak. Black cherry and blackberry fruit flavors on the palate with a zesty acidity and liberal spice box flavors through the mid palate on to a tingling finish of jam, chocolate and toasted espresso beans.
