Lots of eucalyptus on the nose and on the palette. Hints of tobacco and leather, definitely an unique drink.

The 2005 Cool Climate Syrah is deep in color with rich blueberry and blackpepper characters and a cedary-smooth finish. The wine's bright acidity makesit an great match for seafood pasta dishes, tri-tip steak smothered in wildchanterelles, and chicken satay.
