It is difficult to find inexpensive Viognier, but Cline Cellars' 2010, while not quite as interesting as their Pinot Gris, is certainly an authentic Viognier. Notes of white peach, apricot jam, honeysuckle and assorted tropical fruits emerge from this fresh, light to medium-bodied white along with crisp underlying acidity. At this price, it's a steal.
