Clifford Bay Pinot Noir Marlborough 2009
This wine is a bright ruby color. Spiced French oak undertones support flavors of plum and dark cherry. Supple tannins complement the intense fruit flavor.
My Rating 88: Light well balance nose, could be stronger. Body is firm good acid and very well balanced with fine tannins and a strong Pinot taste. Price is about $ 10 and OK. With a more powerful nose I would rate the wine 90 or better.
