This is a lovely, dry Lambrusco with hints of plum and cherry. Very nice! Available in the Netherlands also with www.rodebubbels.nl.

This Grasparossa varietal is obtained by a soft pressing of the grapes followed by a long cold maceration in purity and at a low temperature. Wine of a deep red colour with a marked fruity bouquet, full body and soft on the palate. Serve at cellar temperature (14°-16°C).
